Glen is AWESOME! He is also determined! My safe has been locked for 3 years because the combination was lost, (long story). Anyway Glen came out and worked for hours and was unable to crack the safe. He said that he would do some research and call me back. Sure enough he did, and came back out again spending several hours working on cracking the safe and then I get a picture of the safe OPENED! He didn't have to drill the safe or make a mark on it, I had been told that since I didn't have the receipt (the safe is 20+ years old) that they would have to drill it. Not Glen! He is absolutely amazing.
